A company called Good 2 Grow, previously known in the pony fandom for producing a few My Little Pony capped juices, has been planning the introduction of a new line of fortified waters titled PODZ, which will include a collectible figure on the cap, inside a "collector dome." Since 2018, the line has been in the works, and a few other franchises have already been made available, but they have now announced that My Little Pony will soon be available in the line-up! Unlike their previous pony caps, which were only the sippy cup pony heads, the ponies included in this line will be full body & in a sitting position, and do not appear to be drinkable through. So far, the only ponies revealed have been Rarity & Rainbow Dash, but it is likely that the rest will be produced too. According to their official announcement here, the characters are NOT removeable from the dome, which is a bit saddening, but it is stated that they are "Highly Detailed Versions" of our favorite characters. According to Convenience Store Decisions, the domes are stackable, making them easily displayable. The figures are exclusively on 10oz Fortified Waters. Many thanks to @OkamiGirl64 for the heads up!!!

This past week the Brazilian counterpart of Toy Fair, the annual Abrin; Fiera De Brinquedos, has been taking place in Brazil. Amongst the pony display, showcasing things we've already seen before, and nothing new, was the Singing Rainbow Dash set, however this time repackaged to match the Rainbow Roadtrip theme. This doesn't come as much of a surprise though since Hasbro typically has a ton of these large Special Feature figures left in their warehouse at the end of their year to repackage for the following year, as seen with the 2012 Toys R Us exclusive white Celestia, the 2014 Flip & Whirl Rainbow Dash, and others. Many thanks to instagram user @ana_caldatto_colecionadora for the photos!
Head down below for more photos of the pony display. While surfing through Basic Fun's website today, I came across official press-release images of their newest wave of My Little Pony Stack'ems! The first wave was released back in 2016, and the second wave was released in 2017, until they ultimately became quiet since then, until now. Get more information regarding the third series of stack'ems below, by clicking "Read more!"
I've been seeing these on Instagram for a while now, but due to the reboot-theme package, I could not tell if they were new or not, however after doing some more research, I can confirm that these are very recent.
Over in Mexico, and a few other spanish-speaking countries, these new My Little Pony 3D surprise packs have been making rounds in various stores, including Hasbro's official Mexican store this past week. There are 24 to collect, however they are all mane six recolors, but they still appear fun to collect. Get more below! A quick little update from Asia - The recolored, repackage of the Ultimate Equestria Collection, sporting a new Canterlot box theme, and following the Rainbow Roadtrip series, has begun appearing in AEON stores!
This specific picture was taken by the Chinese My Little Pony Facebook account, inside the specific AEON Kangyi Plaza Store location. Nothing but the packaging is any different from its previous release, in 2018. Source Back in January, I came across the first images of the series 4 Cutie Mark Crew blind packs and multipacks' images, and now it seems as they're finding their way into stores all over the place!
Instagram users @equestria_toys_movies & @Katey_Kask have reported finding their Series 4 Cutie Mark Crew blind packs already in stores, at Target and on Amazon! I've also found a few Taobao listings, suggesting that they are also available in Asia. Get more information below. While on Instagram I came across a photo (top left) posted by user @Lolly.Pop_Girls, featuring Beach Berry & Peachy Sweet blind bag figures. The cards looked unfamiliar to me, and upon further research I found that it was indeed a brand new series of blind bags!
I was able to get in contact with the user, and they were nice enough to send me a photo of the back of the card, to see the rest of the series, muchisimas gracias (It means big thank you)! Of what I've found, the blind bags are a mix of wave 14, 16, 17 & 18, likely to get rid of Hasbro's inventory, but some of the ponies, like the more recent waves, have received updated eye designs! Get more on who is included in the series by clicking "read more!" My Little Pony MLP On The Go Rainbow DashNot long after the annual New York Toy Fair and yet another set, first revealed there, has already received some official stock images!
Amazon has updated their pre-made listing, for the On-The-Go Rainbow Dash set, to contain the in box stock image of the set! Like explained in my New York Toy Fair Wrap Up post, this set is from the second wave of the On-The-Go Rainbow Roadtrip sets, and revolves around Rainbow Dash, whereas the previous two focused on Twilight Sparkle & Rarity. This set has a summer theme to it, and includes various barbecue and beach accessories. Like the previous two, the set should retail for about $15, but it does not have that official confirmation yet, nor does it yet have a description or any other information, on the Amazon listing. Hasbro has just added a few new Fashion Style sets to their website, including the mane six (Excluding Applejack though, typical Hasbro). Unlike previous sets, these appear to be packaged like the latest waves of the 8" styling sized ponies, directly on the card, with no plastic shell covering them.
I assume these are budget sets, due to the lack of any accessories, and although no price has been set yet, I'd expect them to be around the $8-$9 price range. Get their listings below! |
